September 22, being judged unfairly

Prompt:  A time when I was judged unfairly was back in my elementary school. I was one of the only Hispanic kids there, everyone else being black. When I first arrived, I already knew English since I had learned it at my previous school and I wasn't bad at it either. However, my school still put me in a class where I would learn it, with the other two Hispanic kids. The elementary school had assumed I didn't know English well or didn't know it enough that they had only put me and the other two kids in the class.

Summary: Today in class we did a CommonLit assignment

Reflection: From the commonlit assignment, I learned how people are not born good or evil and can sometimes cross it. How people are put into social experiments and show the exact results of treating people inhumanely because of a certain thing. I will use this knowledge in the future to make sure that I never treat others inhumanely.
